The Account Manager is an inside (70%) and outside (30%) sales representative that is responsible for forecasting, quoting and ultimately selling to our existing accounts and in some cases prospect accounts.  As an account manager, you will be required to understand the basics of IT infrastructure and a broad level of the product sets we manage for our customers.


  • – Customer service/inside sales experience
  • – Experience interacting with customers/manufacturers over the phone
  • – Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • – Exceptional organizational skills
  • – Experience with CRM systems
  • – Self-driven and able to work independently
  • – Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • – Exceptional oral and written communication Skills


The main responsibility of the Account Manager is to identify upsales and close renewal business and to manage our existing client needs:        

  • – Generating leads from recently expired and upcoming contracts tracked in our proprietary renewals database from our customer hardware/software support agreements
  • – Prospecting into new and existing accounts
  • – Sourcing manufacturers and distributors quotes
  • – Preparing customer quotes, working with customers on any revisions required
  • – Maintain continued contact with existing clients on an ongoing basis
  • – Managing day-to-day support requirements with IT professionals & commercial organizations
  • – Manage and report on monthly forecast of upcoming renewal/upsell opportunities
  • – Other tasks as needed to further company renewals goals and initiatives
