1957 Mercury Mark 55E

Here is a 1957 Mark 55E restored for Jon Anderson, a CBS Excutive producer. Jon plans on powering a 1955 Yellow Jacket with the motor. Motor was tested (full days use approx. 6 gallons of fuel). Shipped August 12, 2002. Paint scheme is the two tone Sunset Orange and Sand Tan painted with DuPont basecoat/clearcoat and PPG Concept.

1950 KG9QS

This is a 1950 KG9QS with a stock lower unit to boot. This engine will be powering a 1948 14" Penn Yan, photos coming. As with all my restorations, all parts and fasteners that aren't being replaced are throughly cleaned with laquer and wire wheeled. Fasteners that are replaced are exact drive type, thread and head style. Engine was tested for four hours on my Wagemaker with stock drive and shipped with racing drive. Here are a few shots.

1960 Mercury Merc700

This Mercury Merc 700 was a good runner, but needed some fine tuning and
cosmetic work. Photos show engine during dis-assembly and final refit. More
