J92 Shooting Star
Rick Gullen and Brian Kelly own the J92 Shooting Star, sailed out of Muskegon Yacht Club.
They had a great 2006 season sailing, winning both Division 4 and the Overall title in the LMSRF Area IV Offshore Series.
Shooting Star is always a boat to beat in the Lake Michigan distance races.
Spectra - S2 9.1
Spectra is an S2 9.1 owned by Greg Young. Greg is an active participant in all Muskegon Yacht Club activities.
Spectra has a dazzling record, winning her class in the Chicago NOOD regatta, as a past national champion, and being a consistent winner in all Muskegon Yacht Club races.
Express27 Trim
Trim is an Express 27 one design owned by Bob Harvey and sailed out of Muskegon Yacht Club.
In 2006, Trim used a 2005 UK Tape Drive main and 2006 #1 genoa (both with carbon fiber tapes) and a new UK Matrix chute to power to a second place at the 2006 Detroit NOOD regatta. They followed up by winning both their division and overall in the MYC Wednesday night series
Trim is sailed by Bob, Anita (his beautiful wife), Judy Mayfield (Jerry's beautiful wife), Steve Bryant, and Ronnie Petty.
