The Iserv Dashboard Email Targeting, Publishing and Tracking tool set provides you with all the power you need to create, publish, target, deliver and track mass emails to your database, mailing list, customers, members or imported list of email addresses.
Sending an email is a simple process:
1. Select the group or groups you would like to target based on multiple criteria, including zip code range, age, gender, demographics, past purchases, membership status, custom defined data fields and much more.
2. Enter your email content. This can be done using Iserv Dashboard's intuitive graphical word processor component, complete with spell check. Or you can rapidly email existing content (including news stories, event calendar, journal entries, surveys, etc.) by using "build view", which allows you to create your email quickly using a simple system of checkboxes.
3. Define which links you would like to track. The Iserv Dashboard system automatically creates read tracking for each email, as well as built-in unsubscribe links.
4. Schedule your email for auto delivery. To do this, you simply select the date and time you would like your email delivered using Iserv Dashboard's convenient calendar controls.
All email history is saved within Iserv Dashboard for future reference and reporting.
