Iserv's state-of-the-art corporate headquarters in Grand Rapids, Mich. ranks among the top Network Operating Centers (NOCs) in the country. Iserv's award-winning facility is all about technology. In fact, technology is woven into every fiber of our headquarters, including our architecture and design. Iserv's user-friendly facilities feature a training lab, designed for comfort and convenience, used by employees, customers and corporate training.
Iserv's Data Center is a self-contained, glass-enclosed facility within our headquarters building. This world-class center has its own power, fire suppression system, heating/cooling system, security system and backup generator. It also features a top-of-the-line backup system to mirror our files and customer files, and multiple redundant connections to the Internet backbone through carriers in various cities. Most importantly, it is designed to remain fully operational in the event of a power outage or failure of a major backbone carrier.
