Configuring Outlook Express XP/2002 (PC)

Follow the instructions below to configure your email.  If you need assistance, please call Customer Service at 888.64.ISERV or email info@iserv.net.
  • Double-click the 'Outlook' icon (on your desktop)
  • From the 'Tools' menu, Select 'E-Mail Accounts'
  • Select 'Add a new e-mail account'
  • Click 'Next'
  • For 'Connection Type', Select 'POP3'
  • Click 'Next'
  • In the 'User Information' field:
    • In the 'Your Name' field, Enter your name
    • In the 'E-mail Address' field, Enter your case-sensitive Iserv email address (format "username@iserv.net")
    • In the 'Server Information' field, Enter "mail.iserv.net"  for both the 'Incoming Mail Server (POP3)' and 'Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)'
    • In the 'User Name' field, Enter your Iserv username (format "username" not "username@iserv.net")
    • In the 'Password' field, Enter your case-sensitive Iserv password
    • Click 'Next'
  • Click 'Finish'
