Configuring Netscape Mail 7 (PC)Follow the instructions below to configure your email. If you need assistance, please call
Customer Service at 888.64.ISERV or email info@iserv.net.
- Open Netscape 'Mail & News'
- Click 'Create New Account'
- The 'New account wizard' will start
- Enter your name (format "John Doe")
- Enter your email address (format "username@iserv.net")
- In the 'Incoming Server' field, Select 'POP'
and enter "mail.iserv.net"
- Enter your username in both the 'Incoming
username' and 'Outgoing username' fields (format "username", not "username@iserv.net")
- Enter a name for your account (This can
be any name)
