Configuring Microsoft Outlook Express 5 (MAC)

Follow the instructions below to configure your email.  If you need assistance, please call Customer Service at 888.64.ISERV or email info@iserv.net.
  • Open 'Outlook Express'
  • Click 'Tools'
  • Click 'Accounts'
  • Click 'New'
  • Click 'Mail'
  • In the 'Display Name' field, Enter your name (format "John Doe")
  • Click on the right arrow
  • In the 'E-mail Address' field, Enter your email address (format "username@iserv.net")
  • Click on the right arrow
  • In the 'My incoming mail server is a (n)...' field, Select 'POP'
  • In both the 'Incoming Mail' and 'Outgoing Mail' fields, Enter "mail.iserv.net"
  • Click on the right arrow
  • In the 'Account ID' field, Enter your username (format "username" not "username@iserv.net")
  • In the 'Password' field, Enter your case-sensitive Iserv password
  • Click on the right arrow
  • Click 'Finish'
  • Close the 'Accounts' window
