Configuring Mac OS 10.1 MailFollow the instructions below to configure your email. If you need assistance, please call
Customer Service at 888.64.ISERV or email info@iserv.net.
- From the 'Mail' menu, Select 'Preferences...'
- In the 'E-Mail Address' field, Enter
your email address (format "username@iserv.net")
- In the 'Full Name' field, Enter your
name (format "John Doe")
- In the 'Host Name' field, Enter "mail.iserv.net"
(if it is not already there)
- In the 'User Name' field, Enter your
username (format "username" not "username@iserv.net")
- In the 'Password' field, Enter your
case-sensitive password
- In the 'SMTP Host' field, Enter "mail.iserv.net"
