Configuring Eudora v4.x (PC)Follow the instructions below to configure your email. If you need assistance, please call
Customer Service at 888.64.ISERV or email info@iserv.net.
- Double-click the 'Eudora' icon (on your
desktop)
- From the 'Tools' menu, Select 'Options'
- In the 'POP Account' field, Enter your
email address (format "username@mail.iserv.net")
- In the 'Real Name' field, Enter your
name (format "John Doe")
- In the 'Return Address' field, Enter
your email address (format "username@iserv.net")
- In the 'Connection Method' section, Select the first option
- In the 'POP Account' field, Enter your email
address (format "username@mail.iserv.net")
- In the 'Real Name' field, Enter your
name (format "John Doe")
- In the 'Return Address' field, Enter
your email address (format "username@iserv.net")
- In the 'Dialup Username' field, Enter
your username (format "username", not "username@iserv.net")
- In the 'POP Account' field, Enter your email
address (format "username@mail.iserv.net")
- In
the 'SMTP' field, Enter "mail.iserv.net"
- In the 'POP Account' field, Enter your email (format "username@mail.iserv.net")
- Check mark the field 'Save Password'
- 'Leave Mail on Server' should not be
checked
- In the 'Return Address' field, Enter
your email address (format "username@iserv.net")
- In the 'SMTP server' field, Enter "mail.iserv.net"
- Check mark all the options
- Click 'Check Mail' to
check your email
