Configuring Eudora v4.x (PC)

Follow the instructions below to configure your email.  If you need assistance, please call Customer Service at 888.64.ISERV or email info@iserv.net.
  • Double-click the 'Eudora' icon (on your desktop)
  • From the 'Tools' menu, Select 'Options'
  • Select 'Getting Started'
    • In the 'POP Account' field, Enter your email address (format "username@mail.iserv.net")
    • In the 'Real Name' field, Enter your name (format "John Doe")
    • In the 'Return Address' field, Enter your email address (format "username@iserv.net")
    • In the 'Connection Method' section, Select the first option
  • Select 'Personal Info'
    • In the 'POP Account' field, Enter your email address (format "username@mail.iserv.net")
    • In the 'Real Name' field, Enter your name (format "John Doe")
    • In the 'Return Address' field, Enter your email address (format "username@iserv.net")
    • In the 'Dialup Username' field, Enter your username (format "username", not "username@iserv.net")
  • Select 'Hosts'
    • In the 'POP Account' field, Enter your email address (format "username@mail.iserv.net")
    • In the 'SMTP' field, Enter "mail.iserv.net"
  • Select 'Checking Mail'
    • In the 'POP Account' field, Enter your email (format "username@mail.iserv.net")
    • Check mark the field 'Save Password'
    • 'Leave Mail on Server' should not be checked
  • Select 'Sending Mail'
    • In the 'Return Address' field, Enter your email address (format "username@iserv.net")
    • In the 'SMTP server' field, Enter "mail.iserv.net"
    • Check mark all the options
  • Click 'OK'
  • Click 'Check Mail' to check your email
