Follow the instructions below to configure your email.  If you need assistance, please call Customer Service at 888.64.ISERV or email info@iserv.net.

• Open 'Eudora Light'

• Click the 'Special' menu (at the top)

• Click 'Settings'

• Click 'Getting Started' (on the left)

• In the 'Real Name' field, Enter your name (format "John Doe")

• In the 'POP account' field, Enter your email address (format "username@mail.iserv.net")

• Click 'Personal Information'

• The 'POP Account' and 'Real Name' fields should already be filled

• In the 'Dialup username' field, Enter your username (format "username" not "username@iserv.net")

• Click 'Hosts'

• In the 'SMTP' field, Enter "mail.iserv.net"

• Click 'Checking Mail'

• In the 'POP account' field, Enter your email address (format "username@iserv.net")

• If you would like Eudora Light to save your mail password, check the 'Save Password' box

• Click 'Sending Mail'

• Iserv recommends the settings pictured below

• Click 'OK'
