Follow the instructions below to manually set up your Iserv Internet Connection.  If you need assistance, please call Customer Service at 888.64.ISERV or info@iserv.net.

• Click 'Start'

• Go to 'All Programs'

• Go to 'Accessories'

• Go to 'Communications'

• Go to 'Network Connections'

• Click on 'Create a New Connection'

• Click 'Next'

• Select 'Connect to the Internet', Click 'Next'

• Click on 'Set up manually', Click 'Next'

• Click on 'Connect to dialup', Click 'Next'

• In the 'ISP Name' box, enter "Iserv Internet Company", Click 'Next'

• In the 'Phone number:' box, enter the appropriate dialup number for you local dialing area (To find an Iserv access number that is local to you, go to our Dialup Access Numbers)

• In the 'ISP account name:' box, enter your case-sensitive Iserv username (format "username", not "username@iserv.net")

• Enter your case-sensitive password. (You will be asked to re-enter this as confirmation.)  Click 'Next'

• The connection should be completing (make default, share, save, create shortcut)

• The computer will ask you to 'Connect', you can either connect at this time or cancel

• Your computer is set to run Iserv!
