Setting Up DSL Filters

Follow the instructions below to manually set up your DSL filters.  If you need assistance, please call Customer Service at 888.64.ISERV or email info@iserv.net.

Filters are used on any device that uses a normal phone line (phone, fax, answering machine).  Without a filter, the DSL performance will be degraded, or will not work at all.

A blinking DSL modem light may occur if the phone is plugged into the filter port labeled 'DSL/HPNA'.  Check the filter to make sure it is set up correctly.
