Quick Speedstream Modem Setup GuideFollow the instructions below to manually set up a Speedstream Modem (5100 / 4100). If you need assistance, please call
Customer Service at 888.64.ISERV or email info@iserv.net.- Open up your web browser (Internet Explorer, FireFox, etc)
- In the address bar, enter "192.168.0.1"
- A new screen will come up labeled 'Login'
- In the 'User ID' field, enter your Iserv username (format "username@iserv.net")
- Enter in you case-sensitive Iserv Password
- You may receive a message indicating that an access code is required
- Enter the modem access code located at the bottom of the DSL modem
- You will receive the following message: 'You are now connected! It is time to enjoy your new High Speed Internet Connection!'
